To initiate the process of working with us, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the simple enquiry form with your details.

2. You will receive an email or phone call to arrange a free consultation.

3. If the consultation meets your expectations, a non-refundable commitment deposit of $200 will be payable. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice for services booked with Active Travel, ensuring it is not an additional charge.

4. We will work closely with you throughout the planning process, booking services as needed. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the itinerary, we will rework it to your satisfaction.

5. Once you are content with the arrangements, we will prepare a payment schedule and send reminders when progress payments are due.

6. A few weeks before your departure, we will provide all necessary travel documentation and details of our 24/7/365 emergency support service.
